Have you ever been separated from your friends or family at an amusement park, sporting event or the state fair? Ever been lost in the crowd at a concert, conference or unfamiliar location? Well, now you can let others know where you are at in any situation simply by sending them a SMS message from within GeoTxt. GeoTxt lets you send your current location to other IPhone users on your terms not theirs when you want them to know where you are and how to find you. Once your location data is received by your friends, all they need to do is select the GeoTxt link within their iMessage application and GeoTxt will open up displaying a map with their location and yours along with distance and bearing (which direction to walk) to your location. If your friend does not have GeoTxt, the message will also let them know how then can get it in order to see your location.
